We decided to keep the rooms large instead of cramming in a second bedroom to this place. As you can see the living room is big.

The living room flows into the open concept kitchen without barriers. We decided to go with a large island that has waterfall edges on both sides. The vinyl flooring goes up the backside of the island to give it some character.

Keeping it simple, we did not use any accent tiles in this shower. The staggered wood porcelain tile compliments the beige floor tile and stone shower pan. Our shower design fits with the vacation feel of the rest of the home. We felt that a solid glass panel was enough rather than installing a full shower door system. This is one of our most popular bathrooms, and one of the simplest and least expensive ones we’ve ever done.
